Shooting Schedule Creation
Shooting Schedule Creation :
Shooting schedule banana filmmaking ka ek highly strategic aur technical step hota hai. Isme poori film ke shoot ko logical, time-efficient aur budget-friendly tarike se plan kiya jata hai.
Is stage me kya-kya hota hai:
🔹 Script Breakdown ke basis par:
Har scene me kya-kya cheezein chahiye (location, actor, prop, costume, light, makeup, stunt, VFX) – sab kuch pehle breakdown me nikaala jata hai.
Ab unhi breakdown elements ko dekhkar schedule plan hota hai.
Key Planning Points:
-
Scenes ko Group karna:
- Same location waale scenes ko ek saath shoot karna (chahe woh script me alag-alag jagah ho).
- Day aur night scenes alag-alag shoot karna.
- Crowd ya special shoot (rain, action) ko ek block me rakhna.
-
Artist Availability ke hisaab se:
- Lead actors kab free hain, unke shoot ko unke dates ke hisaab se rakhna.
- Child actors, senior actors ke time restrictions dhyan me rakhna.
-
Location Access:
- Kisi location me kitne din permission hai, aur kis waqt allowed hai – iske according scenes ka placement.
-
Weather & Natural Light:
- Outdoor shoots ke liye mausam ka idea rakhna, aur sunrise/sunset ke natural light ka advantage lena.
-
Technical Crew Planning:
- Light setup, camera rigs, special equipment jaise crane ya drone ka planning bhi schedule me include hota hai.
Schedule Ka Format:
Shooting schedule ek Day-wise Chart ya Stripboard ke form me banta hai.
- Date wise: Day 1, Day 2, Day 3...
- Location: Indoor ya outdoor
- Scene Number: Script ke according
- Actors Required: Kin actors ka scene hai
- Call Time: Kis waqt report karna hai
- Shooting Duration: Kitne ghante ka shoot hai
- Breaks & Packup Time
Software Help:
Aaj ke time me Movie Magic Scheduling, StudioBinder, ya Excel Sheet Templates use kiye jaate hain shooting schedule banane ke liye.
Note: Shooting schedule flexible hona chahiye – agar kisi din baarish ho gayi ya actor unavailable ho gaya, toh alternate plan (Plan B) ready hona chahiye.
